xRM has created a seamless integration between QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Now you can view financial information from QuickBooks in your CRM instance in the context of your customer. The service runs in the background and sychronizes data between the systems automatically, so there's no management or overhead required — just accurate data when and where you need it.

xRM QuickBooks Integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides automatic two-way synchronization with Microsoft Dynamics CRM using the following mappings:
  • Contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM map to Customers in QuickBooks.
  • Accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM map to Customers in QuickBooks.
  • Quotes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM map to Estimates in QuickBooks.
  • Customers in QuickBooks with First Name and Last Name map to Contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Customers in QuickBooks with Company Name map to Accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Customers in QuickBooks with empty name fields can be configured to map to either Contacts or Accounts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Estimates in QuickBooks map to Quotes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Invoices in QuickBooks map to Invoices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
